The coordinated the deliveries and decorations just as I asked. They stayed in touch with me prior to the check in progress in order for the surprise to go off without a hitch. They gave me the option to check in an hour prior. I was very satisfied with the front desk staff. They made my checking process very straight forward. They even upgraded my room because of the special occasion. We will be returning. I look forward to it. Only recommendation I suggest is do not booking the all inclusive pass online. Online the all inclusive pass is only offered for two meals and does not include alcohol. Book the all inclusive pass at the resort, their all inclusive pass includes: three meals and unlimited alcohol. Overall though great experience!!

They do have kids club with many activities. And the location is safe and in the heart of Doha. The food, staff and the rooms are superb. I am highly recommending it.
