Diana was easily the most helpful customer service professional I’d ever had the pleasure of meeting, supporting us the whole way through organising our onward journey from the day we arrived and showing genuine care about our wellbeing. Everything else about our stay was also pretty great, but she really was outstanding and made a huge difference to our experience!

The bathroom is nice, clean and spacious, which we really appreciate. The kids enjoyed the big smart TV connected to both cable and internet. Very comfortable stay, a house with very interesting architecture and traditional features, location by a road but the lady owner gave us a room at the back, which was very quiet. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable in terms of room and food, herself and her husband were extremely generous and we spent a long evening chatting, snacking and drinking.
