The reception staff are friendly and the breakfast is very delicious and varied. Great location

That was not the first time of staying in this hotel and that is why I chose it again. Very nice, comfortable, clean and good location. Staff is great. Will stay there again when I'm in Adana next visit. Kids were happy too as they had a separate room and it was also good.

I like to room So clean and so quiet.especially breakfast lady so kind and so helpfull thank u best crew in hotel She make difference her hospitality.

The one and only best hotel in Tarsus.

Front desk employee Damla was extremely competent. In fact, I was planning on giving this hotel a rating of 8 but am giving a 10 because of her. Her professionalism and mastery of English saved our trip to Adana! We were having trouble figuring things out on our own. She was able to arrange a taxi excursion for us that would have been a nightmare to try to set up by ourselves. Her restaurant suggestions, etc. were very helpful. It is unusual to find staff like this young lady, who can function as a high level concierge that you would find in a 5 star hotel. Also, excellent breakfast, good location.
