Even after all this, the one thing I definitely have to say is the customer service was unlike those of even a 4 star hotel and to me that is tantamount in overnighting at an establishment. Kapok has a great location in POS, the staff are pleasant, and the breakfast buffet while simple was tasty and satisfying. Also loved that the suite had a microwave and a balcony.
