It was the cleanest room we have stayed in out of many hotels and motels over the past few years. The desk clerk was really nice and the price was good. We will be staying there from now on for our visits to Pa.

We enjoyed staying at the Blue Knob All Season resort near Claysburg. We had a two day stay off-season (October; nice leaves, no snow on ski slopes) in a one bedroom condo, and enjoyed a quiet, relaxed stay. We enjoyed breakfast at Peggy’s Diner in the village of Claysburg, and beers at the bar & grill at the resort.

The facility and the Innkeeper were excptional.
The facility and the Innkeeper were excptional. My wife commented that this was the most comfortable bed in our entire trip.
The residence is close to everything in the town and you are in the Historic District of many homes built in the 1800s, railroad museum and historic horseshoe curve .
You start your morning off each day with a full and delicious breakfast of fruit, hot cereal, eggs and bacon.
Is a really a great place to stay while in the Holidaysburg/ Altoon area

Typical central Pennsylvania hospitality, friendliness and good food. I stopped twice for dinner during my stay at Marzoni's Brick Oven and Brewery (https://marzonis.com/). Staff members are friendly, efficient and helpful. The fruits of its on-site brewery were delicious. I highly recommend this place.

Hollidaysburg is a beautiful and Quaint neighborhood with magnificent
victorian houses and all of them are unique in their own way!!!Allegheny Bed and Breakfast is our Go-to-Spot in Hollidaysburg when we go to a Penn state game since the location is perfect, the host is wonderful, the breakfast is mouthwatering, and its the best Sleep in town. Getting around is very easy and when we head to State College , PA after our stay we go the back- way passing scenic mountains and famous trout fishing locations where President Jimmy Carter used to Trout fish. Unfortunately, dining in Hollidaysburg can be difficult because there aren't many restaurants in town and they are usually packed.We sometimes go to Altoona to eat or wait till we get to to State College and eat at Champs. I can't say there is much nightlife it is a very Low-Key Town but that's why we go there to stay

We had a nice room with an unexpected view of a quaint, little stream in the back, it also had some benches for relaxing, reading or having a cup of coffee. The breakfast was decent and it was a clean, pleasant environment. We liked having two nice restaurants within walking distance. We were surprised how much we enjoyed the visit for the price we paid, they honored our military discount which made a big difference in the cost of the overall visit.
