OMG......

OMG...... Where do I begin, we had to wait 45 minutes for the desk clerk to return. Per him the boss told him to check rooms.... REALLY... C"MON ??? They gave our first-floor king room away. Claimed they were overbooked. REALLY?? FUNNY!! OUR ROOM WAS PAID FOR A DAY IN ADVANCE!!! I have a friend in the motel/hotel business. Requested first floor. We received a message from the hotel it was approved. Then he put us on the second floor in the middle of the hotel. The worst possible location room. People sitting on the stairwell smoking weed blocking our way up the stairs. We had to ask them to move, considering we had our hands full of bags. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Liked the location and views of the city and the river the best. Ruth Chris for dinner was okay, across the river and also had river views, beautiful at night. We really enjoyed the open air arts and food market under the bridge on Saturdays. And enjoyed a visit to the Avonlea Antiques market, over 200 dealers!

The staff is lovely. Very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and have a lot of nice amenities. The hotel is very clean and furnished tastefully. I just really enjoyed my time there. Getting around in Fleming Island was easy, with my Google Maps, and the hotel is conveniently located behind an IHOP with many other restaurants and shopping areas close by, including a Walmart.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. When I arrived, there was a bleeding man on the property, which immediately made me feel unsafe. The staff seemed completely oblivious to the situation and did not appear to take it seriously or respond appropriately. On top of that, the air conditioning in my room wasn’t working, making the stay even more uncomfortable. Between the safety concerns, the lack of awareness from the staff, and the broken air conditioning, I decided to leave within about an hour of checking in. Even though I left almost immediately because of these issues, I was denied a refund. I expected much better customer service and concern for guest safety. I would not recommend staying here based on my experience.

Mostly my uncle and I go to see family during the holidays.

Mostly my uncle and I go to see family during the holidays. But it always nice being in Orange Park. It has a mall with lots of shops. There are lots of restaurants to choose from and Orange Park is close to St. Augustine, a place that I went to in my childhood. Getting around Orange Park is about what you’d expect for a place with moderate to heavy traffic.

Go to the friendship fountain! It has a cute light show! I don't like Zoos so that was kinda disappointing for me but my husband liked it better than the Melbourne Zoo. Downtown was really neat to explore. Going downtown was a PAIN.

Perfect location.

Perfect location. Near interstate to go other places in Florida. Restaurants are many. It’s clean and you feel safe. Orange Park is a really nice place. The staff is helpful and very friendly. I highly recommend a stay here.

Jacksonville seems to have a lot to offer for its size.

Jacksonville seems to have a lot to offer for its size. I particularly appreciate their commitment to professional women's basketball in the Upshot League. I wish I could have driven to more of my destinations on smaller roads.
