I am not a person who leaves reviews everywhere he goes. But I have to do so for this one. The hotel is located at beautiful and quiet town, which is best for people like peaceful environment. The room is much much bigger than what we expected with all things needed. Staff are polite and friendly, breakfast is good too. Nice place for families and group activities. If I were living nearby, I would stop by very often to have a beautiful weekend with families and friends.

Located adjacent to Bryant University, Holiday Inn Smithfield offers modern accommodation 10 miles north of Providence. It features a well-equipped gym, laundry facilities and an indoor heated pool. First check in - room key not coded. Room smelled of smoke. Tv remote had dead battery. Got battery buttons on remote didn’t work All items that were terrible

Every time I spoke to staff, they were very pleasant, upbeat; and possessed excellent customer service skills. I spent my money, but purchased exponential value with this hotel's location. Money well spent!
