A friend and I took our kids to the American Dream mall for a long weekend. This is a perfect location, only 7 minutes away from the mall. We were able to get a room here with 2 bedrooms, our own bathrooms, and a full kitchen. The room was so perfect and we had the best time! Staff was super friendly. The room was very clean and up to date. We had no complaints and would highly recommend! We also really enjoyed the indoor pool and jacuzzi.

Bed was comfortable.
Bed was comfortable. Not enough towels or washcloths in a room for 2. No shower curtain liner so floor got wet. Greeting at front desk was poor. Not friendly. No smile, not once. Website mentioned they could arrange transportation. When I asked she crutly told us we could get a cab but did not say where. Other staff members were friendly and pleasant but the first impression stuck. Breakfast was disappointing. No protein and nothing hot. Location did not have stores or restaurants within walking distance but was quick to get to the stadium. Met my need for a room with a bed and shower located close to stadium.

My stay at Woodridge was excellent.
My stay at Woodridge was excellent. I tried all the amenities the pool, grill, fire pit, heaters and i enjoyed it all, my room was more than expected and i could not complain about anything. It was an excellent stay. I will soon be back

Ridgefield Park or "Korea Town"
Ridgefield Park or "Korea Town" smallish town in New Jersey with good bus links to NEW YORK CITY lots of Korean places to eat with an excellent golf driving range we enjoyed our stay and travelled into New York city regularly by bus without a problem

I was denied access to my room!
I was denied access to my room! They would only accept ID from Janet Foster, my wife, who was not present. Janet is listed in contact of Booking.com, but I booked under GREG FOSTER , of which I have confirmation from Booking.com. as " Guest name". When I persisted, they threatened to call the police?? I previously requested an early checking -in, which they could not accommodate. OK., no problem. My schedule then required a late check- in which I had pre-arranged at the front desk in person that same day. Information never got relayed on shift change, even though they physically wrote my name down, GREG FOSTER. I requested to speak to a manager but was told they were not available. After disappearing for a while the attendant appeared with a room key for me without further explanation. It should be noted this took place at approximately 1:30 a.m. so i really had few other lodging options. I'm a Sixty- eight year old world traveler and this one of the most puzzling circumstances I have ever experienced. Also , no coffee maker or any kitchenware as advertised. Their were a lot of places to eat at around the hotel it was a great location. New York is close by. Their wasn’t a lot of traffic. We ate at White Castle, we had shakes st sonic, coffee at Dunkin Doughnuts.

Our flight got in early and there were no rooms available.
Our flight got in early and there were no rooms available. We had to wait around because we were dropped off by Lyft and there's no place to go. My daughters and I there for a concert at MetLife Stadium that is right across the highway from the hotel. Little did we know once the concert was over it would take over 3 hours and a $65 from a guy we later found out wasn't a cab driver as he claim to have been just to get back to the hotel. Uber and Lyft kept canceling our rides and taxi's only wanted to take us to NY for more money. The temperature dropped down to 60 degrees and due to waiting all those hours with no place to sit nor water caused my chronic condition to flare and a trip inside the ambulance. We were told we couldn't walk because it was illegal. The hotel knew of this concert and they know of the difficulties people have with getting back to their establishment and should have a shuttle for their guest. Not having breakfast, the bed was very uncomfortable with a cheap thin blanket, and no stores or anything around is one thing, but three hours just to get across the street! This ruined the rest of my stay and I will never stay at this hotel chain again.
