Our room was recently renovated (SEPT 2024 - Room 50)... we are happy we stayed here. Yes it is a simple hotel and not a resort... and it is close to the ferry.

Beautiful variety of breakfast selections. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the breakfast area very unpleasant for all our members who all attended breakfast.

Paul & Joan were fabulous hosts, really friendly & helpful but not the slightest bit intrusive. They made us feel very welcome.

My husband and I had a fabulous time here. Lolita and the other staff were attentive and helpful. The lifts to town were great. The grounds of the hotel have amazing plants and flowers and small waterfalls. We were lucky to be there on a Sunday and get to participate in the traditional umu feast. The nets on the windows are very good so you can have all the windows open.
