They are sooooo exceptional. We came down to catch the shuttle bus in the early morning and the bus just left and was right at the entrance, the staff ran after and try to call the driver to come back which he did. We told him that we could wait but he insisted to do so. We were so grateful to stay there and also the front desk as well .. so helpful. Thank you.

Emerald Guest house is located in Kempton Park, just 1.9 miles from the O.R. Tambo International Airport. The property offers a complimentary airport shuttle and free WiFi in public areas. Wonderful place, so close to the airport. The free shuttle to the airport was a bonus and they even packed a breakfast for all of us taking the really early shuttle (before they formally opened for breakfast). I can't speak highly enough of this place, recommend unreservedly to all.

The concierge was amazing Love More is a great guy we didnt make it back to the hotel one night because we drove to far away and we decided to get a room at a different hotel for the night because it was too late to come back and when we came back he said he was really worried for us and was waiting one more hour before he did a missing persons report that made us feel so loved and what an amazing service he actually knew who we were and that made us feel at home away from home what a great guy
