The location is perfect, especially if you are skiing/snowboarding (walking distance to ski slopes and Römerbad thermal spa). The staff is super friendly, helpful and professional. Everything is very clean. The appartment and whole house was very cosy. There is a room for skis and ski boots, it is very convinient. There is no breakfast option, but you can order fresh delicious bread every day and it is still warm when you get it. You can purchase tickets for skiing at the reception desk. The parking space is always available.

Beim Oswald is located outside of Bad Kleinkirchheim, near the Nockberge Biosphere Reserve and 328 feet from the Brunnach cable car. The property provides a sauna, a fitness center, laundry and yoga.

The apartments are extremely cute and confortable. The location I strategic for skiing on winter or hiking during summer as few minutes from the apartment (less than two minutes walking there is a cable car bringing you to 1900 mt above aea level. Paths are not many but nice. The samall village made of the apartments is served by a very good restaurant and a sauna. People at the reception is extremely kind and helpful.

Slow Travel Resort Kirchleitn offers a sauna and free private parking, and is within 23 miles of Roman Museum Teurnia and 24 miles of Fortress Landskron.

Exceptional stay. Hosts are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and pleasant. Any communication beforehand was swift and kind. We will be coming again. Location of accomodation is great and with lots of parking spots. I really have no complains whatsoever. It was great vacation in beautiful place.

What a wonderful location for a family trip! The apartment was perfect: decent beds, an outstanding balcony with gorgeous mountain views, and a perfectly equipped small kitchen. We had everything we needed for self-catering, including both a Nespresso machine and a regular drip coffee machine. Having a small dishwasher and even an oven was really a treat. The pool and wellness area was superb! We thoroughly enjoyed the pools and the two saunas and steam room; very nice to have this option since the skiing was not so good this time. The children's play area was perfect for little kids, with many types of toys and games plus fun spots to climb or hide. Thank you so much to the lovely owners!
