In one word - everything! Place was exceptional, like a 5 star hotel! Master bathroom has sauna and jacuzzi so we had our special private spa in the master bedroom. Perfect! Apartment is across the main Dresden atraction - Zwinger! New building, with nice underground parking. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpfull.

The apartment was spacious and had lovely character. The beds were large, the rooms and closets were large. It was so close to everything we wanted to go to. We liked that there was an elevator to help with heavy bags and strollers when needed. We also like that the building had someone working on the first level. We had an issue with our toaster and they came quickly to test it and replaced it very quickly for us! They were also easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We stayed longer then a week so we got a clean included in our stay which was also so nice to have a reset on the apartment. And we loved the two bathrooms since we were travelling with in-laws.

My apartment was spacious, well maintained and had the right amount of furniture. The kitchen was well equipped. A room fan was also provided , which was necessary due to the hot weather. My Overall stay was very comfortable and my wife said she could live here for a couple weeks. Paul Kirsch at reception was very friendly and welcoming. Soap was missing in the bathroom shower and when I contacted Paul he promptly went out and got us a bottle of body wash.

It is located in the heart of Dresden, very convenient location :) The only thing, it is located right next to the church, so be ready to listen to the church bells every morning :) Especially if it's summer and you sleep with open windows. Tbh for me it is more like an advantage, as the view was great, but just fyi.

    We originally booked an apartment at Aparthotel Münzgasse. But in the end, I was informed that we had been given a free room upgrade and the flat was on a different street, even closer to Frauenkirche. When we entered the flat, it turned out that the apartment we were given had a panoramic window and a gorgeous view of the Frauenkirche! Very beautiful! Great location in the city centre, sights, supermarkets and train station within walking distance. The entrance was clean, the flat was also clean and tidy.

    Well located, only 10-15 minute walk from all attractions, decent size room with fridge, electric hob, coffee maker/kettle, toaster etc. Bed was comfy enough, decent shower. Nice and quiet. Breakfast is offered for EUR14 but there is a bakery/cafe and a supermarket nearby which makes eating out or self-catering cheaper and more attractive.

    My husband and I received a free upgrade to stay at the Aparthotels am Schloss and it was very nice! Location was amazing and the room was big with kitchenette and washing machine. The staff were all very kind and accommodating. We would definitely stay again- especially for this price!

    Aparthotels have four apartment buildings in Dresden. They are serviced apartments, with no on site staff after hours. Reception is in the souvenir shop on the ground floor of the building. Receptionist was very helpful. Apartment itself very comfortable, very clean, modern. Ours had a small kitchen with everything needed to cook simple meals. It had a dishwasher and ours had a washing machine. Location fantastic, in the centre literally a few minutes walk to everything but quiet at night.
