The check-in was manual and very easy. We stayed on the third floor. Our room was very good. The kitchen had everything you might need. The bathroom was clean. The sheets and everything else were clean. The TV was working. The Wi-Fi worked flawlessly. Despite the next room being full, we didn't hear any noise and weren’t disturbed. There’s no elevator, which might be a disadvantage for some. The rooms are opened with a code, there was no key. It was a bit unsettling, but we didn’t experience any issues. We parked our car in the parking lot on the next street and paid around 2 Euros for about 12 hours. The hotel's location was also great; it's within walking distance to the Old City.

Rental for 4 adults (parents with 2 young adults) in early April. Everything was perfect. We loved how authentic the place was. The kitchen has all essentials for breakfast or cold meal. The bedding was fresh and comfortable. The sofa bed is of high quality and perfectly adapted for 2 adults. Quiet night. Great location.

The location is certainly the best possible in Saint Malo: 1)2 minutes from the beaches , 2) located on the most elegant part of Saint Malo - Bld Chateaubriand 3) very quite place( the apartment was located on backyard and protected from any noise by the bilding) The room has all you need, the bathroom big and very clean . Carrefour express with good choice of " pret a manger" local speciality located on the next bilding. The host , Mr Bauvier was very very freindly.
