It’s a kind of family business. Hotel is 6 rooms only. Well maintained, served by family members, very close to Lungomare and beach where all activities can be arranged and enjoyed. Booked 2 rooms. Breakfast is either Italian or Albanian. They serve it to the room. Ina is a wonderful lady, the one we met. She tried to help me in booking Tirana hotel after those 2 nights. Boasting a garden and views of mountain, Hotel Noel is a recently renovated aparthotel situated in Vlorë, 300 metres from Vlore Beach. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk and full-day security for guests. We got to stay twice to this hotel and had a great stay. Very well run and located in the Lungomare which is good for walks and restaurants and every possible service nearby. Parking was included as well as every service we needed during our stay in a family of four.
