The room facilities were new and clean, and we had a quite comfortable stay.

While it was very small, that was what we chose. The owner offered us, and even showed us, larger rooms. It is great that they offer many options at different price points. The building has a locked entrance door for added security, with plenty of lighting. The construction was relatively new, and everything was sparkling clean and worked perfectly, including the bathroom and kitchenette. WiFi worked perfectly. The owner is very accommodating and helpful.
