We loved everything about our stay! The cottage was clean, spacious, and well equipped, with convenient on-site parking and a beautiful view overlooking the river. We especially enjoyed the large sandy area nearby and the peaceful silence of the surroundings. The facilities were excellent, with everything we needed, including a microwave, oven, fridge, washing machine, and even a sauna! Asle was very kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We were also lucky enough to witness the Northern Lights dancing over the river, with their reflections shimmering in the water — an absolutely magical experience! We would definitely love to return. Highly recommended!

The little cottage was a home away from home. It has one bedroom on the main floor and a loft with two single beds. It was sufficient for our group of 3. The living room has sufficient space for a sitting area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, oven, dishwasher, utensils, cups, plates, bowls, etc. I wish I could stay longer. The property owners were very friendly and told us some history of this area. They also took us to a historic church after our crab safari. We chose this cottage for its quiet location and reasonable prices. Kirkenes is a strange place where transportation is expensive and inconvenient. Renting a car for the drive to the cottage is cheaper than getting the transportation tickets for the 3 of us. The lodging and crab safari are also cheaper than the ones offered in Kirkenes.

We had a wonderful stay at Santa’s Luxury Apartment! The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything yet peaceful enough for a relaxing getaway. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt like a true home away from home. The owners were incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, adding special touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. Fresh flowers brightened up the space, and the fully stocked kitchen (including everything needed for breakfast!) was a fantastic surprise. Our kids were especially delighted to find a bowl of gummies waiting for them—such a sweet and thoughtful gesture! We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. The chalets were perfect for our family trip. They come with a small kitchen that is perfect for preparing a hot drink or a quick snack. The sauna was perfect after long days of activities. Breakfast was amazing as well.
