Location was amazing. The rooms were spacious. The staff was super helpful and nice. We got a free early check in, and our suitcases were stores safely at the reception while our room was getting cleaned for an early check in. Also we were given a free parking in a safe parking lot that belonged to the hotel, which is very helpful for a street with literally no parking opportunities in a town with such narrow streets!

The bed was soooo comfortable and we slept like on a cloud. Everything was new, modern and very clean. A very cozy and comfortable place to stay and very quiet! The check-in outside of the reception hours was made easily. Free parking is available, and to the port restaurant area just 15 minutes away by car. We will definitely stay here again.

Mosaic is centrally located in Chania Town. Free WiFi is provided throughout. Each room at this guest house is air conditioned and comes with a flat-screen TV. You will find a kettle in the room.

We had a fantastic stay here and would highly recommend it. The room itself was one of the best we’ve ever stayed in—large, spacious, and with a phenomenal wraparound balcony (room 503). It came with a table and chairs, deck chairs, and even a day bed with side tables, making it perfect for relaxing day or night. The view was absolutely stunning. You’re right on the beachfront, and the sea is just metres from the hotel entrance. It’s incredibly convenient if you want to lounge on the beach or go for a swim. The hotel can even reserve sunbeds for you in advance, which is a lovely touch. The staff were so accommodating, even with our slightly awkward requests—they went above and beyond, including buying extra pillows just for us. Everyone we met was friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent too. There are loads of great places to eat nearby, and a well-equipped gym just around the corner, which we trained at. The gym owner was lovely. The Old Town is about a 10-minute walk away and well worth exploring—it’s full of character and more great food options. We especially appreciated how easy it was to get on and off the beach, as it’s not very deep. That meant we could nip back to the hotel for the loo or a quick break without any hassle. All in all, a brilliant stay with fantastic service, an unbeatable location, and an exceptional room. Highly recommend it—especially if you can get room 503!

It is good in all aspects as a hotel in a touristic location. But more importantly the staff is doing everything to make you feel relaxed and satisfied authentically. Not the rules and procedures, the needs of the guest are the main priority. Thanks a lot.
