Learning how to enter and exit the facility was easy and modern. It made the place feel safer. The living room/dining room/common area was comfortable and beautiful with much information to learn more about Parma. The bed was very comfortable. Despite access closures on one side of the train station and having to go the long way around, it’s still very close to the train station. The owner is delightful. The morning breakfast is great. I even like the details of the decor and plants surrounding the freight elevator. Eco-friendly and aesthetic, affordable… it provided me very good value for my short stay in Parma.

One of the best hotel in Rimini. Very clean, fully furnitured, big size of rooms. Good location. Nice and handsome guy at the reception.

The most amazing location and accomodation. Staff (Monika and team) could not have done enough to assist us. They were incredible from check in through to check out nothing was too much trouble.

The very well outfitted kitchenette was perfect for having breakfast in the room. The shower was bigger than most in Italy. It was lovely to have a terrace, though it was a bit chilly to use it. A big plus was the gated parking just behind the building. The bed was very comfortable.

This was a great place to stay for a few days with family. Modern, clean, all facilities one needs, beutiful scenery around etc. We would love to come back.
