Very quiet and relaxing area to stay while exploring Montepulciano. Clean, comfortable and close to the town. We loved it and would return!

The apartment is fabulous, as described on the website and in pictures. It has all you need for full comfort, plus water, milk and yoghurt in the fridge and tea, coffee and breakfast food in the kitchen. There were a lot of beautiful Christmas decorations that we appreciated a lot. A special mention goes to the hosts, they have been incredibly kind, helpful, always available, from recommending and booking restaurants, to gift us a bottle of Franciacorta Brut for the last day of the year. I would say "attention to details" is what have made the difference from Good to Fabulous :-)

The property is really well located…so you can visit all the Tuscany with easy. Also the building is authentic and owner Simon is really hard working guy who try to keep it that traditional way. Simon is producing local red wine and olive oil. My kids love the big swiming pool which was build one year ago

Very nice accommodation well located for various excursions to nearby towns. The rustic and tastefully furnished apartments offer an authentic Tuscan atmosphere. The kitchen is equipped with basic equipment, but enough to last even for longer stays. The apartment on the first floor also has air conditioning. There is enough space on the fairly large property for every guest to find their own quiet corner.

The counterstaffs are very respinsive and helpful. Room is clean Small airport just beside the hotel You can ask the pilots there to fly above Cortona 15 minutes.

Located 15 km from Terme di Montepulciano, Il Piccolo Residence offers accommodation with a terrace, as well as free bikes and a garden. Great location for visiting the area. The flat was very clean, spacious and pretty. We enjoyed our stay in Acquaviva.
