Apartments in Avan

The apartment was honestly amazing and even better than we expected. The house is very clean, well maintained, and feels welcoming from the moment you walk in. Everything was spotless, which is very important to me, and it was clear that the owner really cares about the property. The bedrooms are very large and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax. The apartment is very bright and full of natural light, which made it feel warm and cozy during our stay. The living area is spacious and perfect for relaxing, and overall the place feels calm and comfortable, like a real home, not just a rental. The location is also very convenient. There is a pharmacy and a grocery store right near the house, only about a 2-minute walk, which was extremely helpful and made our stay even more comfortable. Having everything so close is a big plus. The owner who rents out the house is extremely kind, polite, and respectful. Communication was easy, and he was always helpful and friendly, which made the whole experience stress-free and pleasant. You really feel welcome here, and that makes a big difference.

The apartment is very nice and clean. The ghost is the nicest guy. He met us at the airport at 5:00 AM. Everything is perfect. Highly recommended.

EVERYTHING. Karen is amazing and he is so deeply passionate with every human being.

In terms of location, it is very clean and comfortable. They were very friendly. It is recommended to all those who want to stay in Yerevan.

Host was very communicative and paitent with little Armenian. I didn't realize I needed to pay with cash, and he gave me a full day to take out cash to pay. He helped me with my bags up the stairs when I arrived and offered to help when we left as well! We couldn't meet when we checked out, but wasn't upset when we left the keys on the table.

Very welcoming host and clean property. Close to city center and safe.

The apartment had a very minimal and lovely design. The balcony view was beautiful, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. All necessary single-use amenities were also provided.

Great location and perfect for a couple of nights.

I absolutely loved the location! This is one of the cleanest apartments I’ve booked so far across various platforms. The owner is incredibly nice and very responsive. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

Отличная локация, хозяйка очень приятная в общении, все вопросы легко решались. В самой квартире всё есть и всё на своих местах. С удовольствием остался бы там ещё, если бы не самолёт :) Анна, спасибо!

The receptionist was great and helpful to solve issues Breakfast was good but if you stay few days the menu would be boring (there is no rice/noodles for Asians) Location is superb

I liked a lot, for example, very good state of the apartment. But the best is the host, very understanding and ready to help: I've been renting apartments for several years, but this is by the far the best host I ever met, thank you very much, Irrenne.

It was a great place to stay in.The host was super friendly and helpful.

Extremely pleasant and friendly hosts. Quiet location, almost like a dacha. Large, lovely garden. Spacious, airy apartment with plenty of sunlight. Totally functional, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Very comfortable bed! Plenty of shopping in the neighborhood. Good bus service to the area. Superb for value.
