The property is located as a 5 minute walk from Copenhagen H (main) train station. No taxi needed to get to the apartment! The apartment was very clean and modern, featuring a combination washer/dryer. We arrived after staff hours, so we utilized the self check-in machine located in the apartment foyer. Here, one scans their passports and it will encode 2 room keys. The outside entrance to the property is a rather non descript black door with a simple "Eric Vökel apartment " sign above it. (We actually walked right by it the first time, the door is to the left of hotel Ansgar as looking at the hotel) There is a keypad where you enter a code to gain entrance to the foyer. The property emailed me the code but I didn't realize it. No biggie, I simply called the number listed above the keypad and was given the code for entry. The staff are present from 9a to 3p and were SUPER helpful just as we had experienced at the Eric Vökel apartments in Amsterdam (also highly recommended). The receptionist gave me a map of Copenhagen , circling points of interest, and even explaining to me the metro stops. They also brought us clean towels and replenished our shower gel dispensers. Our apartment was on the fifth floor and was very quiet too. All in all, I highly recommend staying here!

I booked this apartment for my parents when they visited Copenhagen. We booked it for the location and the kitchenette which allowed them to make some simple food some of the evenings. They felt great and had everything you need in a room, including a little balcony. Staff was very nice and communicative.

    Very spacious and modern apartment with big bedrooms and large balcony overlooking the water. The apartment was well located right near Nordhavn station so access to the centre was very easy. The area seems quite new with some nice restaurants and coffee shops dotted about.

    The loft apartment was beautiful. Fantastic location and only a 10 minute walk to the old town or the Broens food market. There are stairs but it is a loft apartment !! Wonderful views across the rooftops and a lovely gin bar just along the road.

    Very nice apartment, located near downtown and 3 minutes from the Metro station of Christianshavn, that is the line connecting directly the airport. The apartment is silent because it's located inside a couryard, just a little too minimalist as furniture but suitable for a short stay. The girl that welcomed me has been very kind.

    Even before our check-in, I was already set for a great experience because of how the staff communicated with us - they were really friendly, proactive, and customer-oriented. Definitely an extra point for that. The apartment is neat, looks fresh and is nicely designed, and has everything you might need during a short stay. We really liked the studio, despite some minor details that could be improved

    I needed a last-minute room for the family, and this came up. The location looked good, and the photos looked nice so I hoped for the best. It was a bit strange at first to only have check-in via phone, but our agent was a delight. Informative and patient. The studio apartment was beautiful. Spacious, with large windows letting in that natural light. I will definitely be going back there.
