Our toaster kept tripping the electricity, but Maria, the owner, bought us a brand new one straight away. She was very friendly and was waiting for us on arrival to show us around. The pool was fabulous and just the right temperature. The gardens are immaculate, and although there's no umbrellas for shade, the trees provide shade. Short walk to various supermarkets, and the bus stop to Palma. Car hire company adjacent to the apartment building. She met us upon arrival , gave us a tour of the property and handed us the keys. The apartment is in a great location, close to many restaurants and the grocery store is 15 minutes away walking. The sea view from its balcony is lovely. The flat itself is well equipped - two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with comfortable beds and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
