Access was easy enough with supermarket within reasonable walking distance. A suburban area which seemed relatively safe. On road parking right outside. Decent sized bedrooms. Everywhere was clean and tidy. Small, but well stocked kitchen. Nice enough welcome from the owners. No issues with the deposit. The two showers and separate toilets were sufficient. Access to Madrid centre was not difficult with a station about 15 minutes walk away.

The Apartamentos TH La Florida is located 13 km outside Madrid city centre, with direct access to the N-6 motorway. It is bright and modern, with a peaceful garden.

I like everything about the accommodation. The room was a big studio and it was beyond our expectations. We requested an early check in at 7:00 and the reception welcomed us warmly. She was so kind and helpful.
