we did not stay left the same afternoon The apartment was clean but the terrace door did not opening properly and the handle was broken so you could not lock the door The apartment is on the first floor at the back above restaurants the direct view below is a rubbish area and at least 8-9 cats waiting for food also the noise of the restaurant kitchen is quite noisy

The apartment is very comfortable and clean, with fast wifi. David is really nice and trustworthy. For me Puerto de Mazarron is the best place on Costa Cálida with public transport access for the high season - not crowded, calm sea for long swims and impressive Mares de Papel Festival.

The apartment was spotless and central to all the local amenities in the Puerto de Mazarrón. The touches including bottled water, cake, tea and coffee were very welcome on arrival. The iron, hairdryer and other cleaning equipment were all new and still in their boxes. The glasses and table wear in a seaside theme were a good touch. Well presented and equipped apartment and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
