Apt is really lovely. Kitchen has all you need, hob, microwave, toaster, plenty of dishes, cutlery etc. We particularly liked the balcony as it is west facing so has the sun from midday till sunset, it overlooks the pool and is spacious. Naomi, host is attentive, entry instructions were very clear and complex felt very safe.

Owner was extremely accommodating and approachable to answer and questions. Fantastic location close to harbour, and minutes walk to beaches and strip. Lovely apartment had everything you needed for your stay. Not far walking distance from beaches and restaurants. Up a slight hill but nothing major, people with mobility issues might struggle a bit but the majority of apartments in PDC are uphill anyways. Thanks for a lovely stay would come back here if we come back to Lanzarote in the future.

Paul was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Bedding & towels changed weekly. Terrace was a fabulous size and a great sun-trap. Kitchen equipment was to a high standard. Complex kept lovely and very quiet residential area.
