We had a wonderful stay at the Isola Concept. The room was good sized for a couple, very clean and well equipped. The breakfast had a large variety for everyone's taste. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful view of the water from the top corner apartment’s two balconies. Great location close to the center of Tsilivi, lots of restaurants and the beach. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Daily cleaning was nice, especially in the summer. Lots of friendly cats around the apartment complex. Flexible check in time was useful especially because of our very delayed inbound flight. Comfortable bed. Just a few things to note. The bathroom is an older style where the shower is open to the toilet area and so the toilet and floor also get wet. But, in the summer, it dried very quickly. Also, the a/c is in the main bedroom only, which means the other room can get a little warm, if you’re used to a cooler room. None of these things detracted from our wonderful stay.

Perfect. It had a good location, everything was close: The beach is 10 minutes walk, shops, and restaurants were nearby. The apartment was very clean. They cleaned the room every day and changed towels and bed sheets a couple of times during the one week stay. The host - Mr. Kiriakos - is amazing and super helpful. He gave us lots of recommendations for beaches and restaurants. When our car broke down, he went out of his way to help us get it fixed very promptly and during peak season. Overall we were super happy with our stay!

We stayed here for 10 days with our one year old son and loved it! Andreas, the host, was so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for our son (baby crib, high chair, baby tub). There is a lovely garden outside the apartment and we appreciated being on the ground floor as we had easy access to get in and out with our baby. It’s in the best location just a 5 minute walk in one direction to the beach and 5 minutes the other direction to dining, grocery stores, etc. We had originally rented a car and we’re planning on visiting other beaches, going on a boat tour, etc. but just loved the beach in Tsivili so much…calm and shallow water and sandy beach was perfect for baby. You can rent two sun beds and umbrella for 10-15 Euros (cheaper if you go later in day) and honestly this was all we needed for a relaxing vacation (after a year of parenthood walking 5 minutes and chilling on the beach was about all we could handle). All this to say, you can easily spend a week or more in this lovely beach town, and this apartment was the perfect place to call home.

The room was clean and smelled nice. The housekeeping ladies came every day and cleaned the bathroom thoroughly as well as the rest of the room. ☺️The view from the terrace was gorgeous. The guys at the reception were friendly and helped us with every question we had. Big like! 🙌🏼We hope to come back someday.

    Lovely,friendly staff were very helpful. The apartments had a pool within the complex which was great. Limited supplies of drinks & fresh water available from the bar area at reasonable prices. The Studio Apartment was a good size for 2 people and had a nice balcony with a good view. Cleaning staff were excellent and the lady made nice sculptures with our fresh towels, a lovely touch.

Apartment well set up for self catering which we did not use as out and about most of time with my nieces wedding. meet ups with family and trips on island

    Dennis Studios is a perfect place to relax and enjoy you’re holiday! Good equipped and clean. In a walking distance you can reach Tsilivi, a nice village with all the needs (restaurants, supermarket, motor rentals, equipped beach,..). But the most pleasant thing is Dennis, the owner, and his family, they’ve been all very kind and helpful with us since the moment we arrived, and also organised for us a delicious traditional Greek dinner! Really recommended

    Mr Dionisis was super helpful and hospitable. Apartments are at a good location, very close to Tsilivi village and a short drive to the main city of Zakynthos. They have all amenities needed for a short stay. Good place to stay with a group of friends.

    Huge balcony, nice view, the owners Gerard and Kate are super nice and thoughtful, always at your disposal and extremely helpful. Clean and modern apartment, very well maintained. Close to beach, easily walkable distance. Quiet area but still close to the city. I would stay there again 🙂
