The location was excellent--right in the center of the historic part of the city. The apartment was very clean, with a well-appointed kitchen and comfortable bed. Sylvia, the host, was very friendly, spoke excellent English, was very helpful and was knowledgeable of local sights and restaurants. She was in communication with us from the time we made the reservation until our departure and made sure we had everything we needed.

The property has everything that you need: it is very clean, good design, proximity to the center and still quiet in the night. The host is very discreet and hospitable. We did not have breakfast included, but we received from the host o lovely pie, that children loved it and all other stuff for breakfast, like coffee, milk, butter, jam, little cakes and so on. The town is a little Venice, very romantic! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Carli's rooms is situated in a very quiet but still central road in Comacchio. It's only 10 min by car to the beach (and to elsewhere respectively). The house and the apartment itself were extremely new and clean. The walls were freshly painted and everything seemed unused. The kitchen includes all one needs: Plates, glasses, pans, pots. Even an induction stove, an oven, a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher inclusive tabs, washing liquid and cloths, electric blinds and a modern air conditioner have been there. Also the bath with window and rainfall shower hasn't left any open wishes.
