Nice house located about 10mn walking from the city center/seaside. The bed was comfortable, and the property was clean. Parking is easy in the streets around. Last but not least the host was very nice and easy to communicate with.

I had a wonderful time at Il nido di Silvia a due passi dal Teatro Rossini. Even before I arrived, Silvia and Andrea went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The apartment was very clean, it had all the supplies I needed for a comfortable 6-day stay, and my hosts provided clear instructions for using all the amenities. Especially nice was having both a washing machine and a clothes DRYER (not something you find in many vacation rentals in Italy). I was particularly impressed by the bed - its a hide-a-bed, yet it felt far more like a good quality double bed. I slept comfortably even though I have chronic back issues. I prepared many of my own meals during my stay, and there was a good supply of cookware and kitchen utensils, plus cooking oils and a wide selection of herbs and spices for my use. The apartment is just five minutes from Teatro Rossini, one of Pesaro's prime attractions (Silvia recommended an excellent concert that I attended). It's in the heart of the historic city and is a pleasant 15 minute walk to the shoreside promenade along the Adriatic Sea. Excellent dining and shopping were just minutes on foot. I traveled by train, and the station was just about a 10 minute walk from the apartment, so very convenient. Pesaro is very bicycle friendly; I found people of all ages getting around on bikes from morning to well in the evening. I would highly recommend this apartment as a rental for solo travelers, couples or business guests.

One of the best stays we have had, what a great place, absolutely loved the apartment , incredibly comfortable and functional. They even left us water and soap and condiments. Ornella was absolutely delightful and so attentive and always made sure we had everything we needed and Marco always replied immediately to all of our questions. Will definitely come back if we are ever in Pesaro again. Thank you so much.

    The apartment is spacious, well equipped, and very clean. We are a family of 4 and we used the sofa bed in the lounge for one of the children. This worked well as we sat out on the balcony once they had gone to bed. It is located opposite the sea front and about 10 minutes walk from the main centre. The hosts left a nice beer in the fridge some biscuits and soft drink, very kind. Good parking.

    Everything! It's a perfect apartment, modern, with comfortable beds and very close to the city centre. Furthermore, the host is amazing! She gave us a nice "crostata della nonna" as a welcome gift and she helped us with nice tips about the city.
