Extremely easy check-in process with friendly staff. Great location, a quiet neighborly vibe and easily access to Gion subway, one stop away from Hakata station. We took advantage of the FamilyMart a block and a half away. The room with two beds was more spacious than any Japanese hotel I've ever stayed in. Has all the amenities you could ask for from a business hotel, including a kitchenette, washer dryer, a tub, a shower with amazing water pressure and heat. The AC was powerful and kept the space toasty at all times. We even got a little balcony! Wifi was crisp and fast. It worked even better than my home wifi for video calls. Exceptionally clean and comfortable quarters. I could not recommend this place enough to all business and leisure travelers.

Great location, easy metro and train access. The electronic check in process is easy to navigate. My email questions were answered in a very timely manner. Very clean.

I liked that the room is big enough to accommodate 6 persons. It was very clean. Although a bit far from Hakata Station, there is a bus stop nearby. It is very near convenience stores and also Mr. Max Select.
