The view is very nice. The kitchen had everything you need and served us well. Parking right next to the door. Great place and location to stay for a star trip and exploring the area around (Utrecht, Rotterdam etc..)

Lovely room with beautiful decoration, very clean, with excelent wi-fi and comfortable bed. Excellent location : right in the center of Alphen aan den Rijn, close to major cities and the coast ( especially if you have a car ). Biggest plus of this property is its amazing host : Jan Vic !!! Very kind, friendly, helpful, gave us many useful information and tips. We would definitely stay again and we highly recommend it !!!

Great playground, working farm with a very friendly farmer, kids were welcome any time, close to Amsterdam, Gouda and the beach, farm shop on site

Really chilled space, simple and clean, yet warm and welcoming, great bed. The balcony over the water was a perfect place to relax. Super easy just to walk over to a good restaurant/bar. And a fun alternative cafe for coffee during the day, with handmade products.

Everything was excellent! The place is spacious, clean, cozy. The host is very nice and welcomed us with self-made cheese. We and the children really enjoyed the different animals they have at the fatm - horses, cows, goats and more. warmly recommended!

Location was perfect (cycle/car but perhaps not walking) for Woubrugge village, Rijnsaterwoude (easy walk/cycle), Keukenhoff -25 minutes drive at 08:30 a.m., for local cycle rides on the cycle network and also 10-15 mins car to New Vennep Station (free day parking) for a day in Amsterdam. Jumbo & other supermarkets at Nieuw Vennep and Alphen aan den Rijn. 30 mins drive from Worden, which was nice too. The owner Maurits ( I think) was very friendly and helpful. Bed very comfy, all clean and everything worked. Interesting wildlife around when cycling. Owner let us store bikes in end barn. Pretty secure location behind gate away from road. Also bus stop close, although we didn't use that. Would use again if wanting to be in same location.

The location is perfect for quickly reaching Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and all the other major Dutch cities. The house is new, clean, and spacious. The host was nice, polite, and available to address any needs. I definitely recommend this place.
