I live nearby and I didn’t know there’s a nice place to stay in the area. I had to come in and out a lot of times because I was catching out with my old friends from abroad. The staff always lock the gate for the safety of the people inside most especially the guests. I went out at night until 2:00am and the staff was really okay with it and she’s so nice telling me to call her whenever I arrive. I feel sorry for her because I woke her up just to open the gate for me haha thank you Ate. Will surely come back here..

The place was very clean, and the host was very accommodating. Perfect stop for my wife and I on our way to Dumaguete from Cebu City. Private secure parking right in front of the apartment made the in and out very easy. Also, fast 80mbps internet. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation. .

It’s clean and safe. Ideal for group overnights. The honesty mini convenience store is a good idea. Rice would be a good addition, noodles, & butane gas as well and provide portable stove. It’s still nice for an over night stay.

The thing I liked about this place is it was conveniently located to my family to visit. Cozy little studio with all the necessities to stay comfortable. Located near the mall and anjo amusement park. Communication was excellent in checking in and out.
