It's like having your own private sanctuary. The rooms were spacious, very clean and had all the things we needed during our stay. The staff however is what i feel made our stay more enjoyable. They were the friendliest and most hospitable among all i have encountered. They were literally one message away and responds to any question i had regarding our stay. They had contacts for transpo, masseuse, laundry. Name it and they have it. They also serve good food so no need to worry where to eat. The place is a 10min tricycle ride to town and 30 mins away from panagsama beach. We didn't mind the travel as we liked the privacy this little place offered.

This property suited my needs perfectly. The host was excellent and informative. I rented a motorbike from him as well and very happy with that. I couldn’t have been happier staying here and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Interested

Property location is not far from the beach spots. Place is quiet and clean. One will really feel the vacation ambiance. The owner and the staff of the place are accommodating and Ms. Kat is super approachable, you won’t also feel like you’re renting cuz you just can just comfortably roam around the property. The place is really worth the price.

We loved our stay at Villa Silana...truly a slice of paradise. Don't be fooled by the surroundings, the pictures don't really do three place justice. Modern, spacious and well designed, it was the perfect respite after a day of adventuring or from the crowds in Moalboal. Don, our host, was super helpful, friendly, and gracious. Very responsive to our needs and even coordinated laundry service for us. We wish we had stayed longer to fully enjoy the property.

The apartment was spotless clean, perfectly equipped with everything necessary and very well maintained. There’s a great vibe at this place, highly recommended!!!

    Spacious apartment in a quiet location but still close to all the hustle and bustle. Lovely terrace where we enjoyed our coffee every morning joined by a cat mama and her baby 🐈 Davide is a great host, he was super helpful and arranged a bike rental for us. Amazing value for money, that’s for sure! 😊
