Apartments in Borča

Good location for us. Host was friendly and always available on call. Place was equiped with everything we needed. Pleasant stay!

The interior is gorgeous and unique with beautiful cozy design. Nice view of the new Waterfront neighbourhood. We loved the atmosphere and all the necessary amenities were there as needed. The service is absolutely excellent, both at the apartment and at the building that has a reception. Would stay here again!

Everything about the experience was beyond expectations and hosts are fast, kind and accessible, and the apartment genuinely had the most beautiful view and soft aesthetics, i been to many places but i enjoyed myself amazingly there.

The apartment was clean, the staff was pleasant, and the room, overall, offered good value.

Host was responsive and met us at the property, explained everything. He appeared to be living in one of the units. No complains about the host. Fast food place and store around the corner. Unit was large, 2 separate bedrooms, newer interior.

We booked the 2 bedroom apartment and really loved it. The place is clean and cozy, everything prepared thoughtfully by the owner, love the vibe and the decoration. It’s very conveniently located with parking, supermarket and restaurants just steps away. Contactless but very detailed instructions provided

The hospitality , location , well designed and equipped apartment! It has everything you may need , made me and my friend feel at home , I’d definitely recommend this place.

Clean light apartment with balcony. First floor. Groceries and pastries in the same building. Placed close to park Kalemekdan.

The apartment is very clean and it has all amenities. The host is very friendly and helpful. Also, the location is perfect. A lot of interesting places in walking distance.

Daniel was an excellent host. You can easily reach him. The apartment was designed to have everything for a stay. It was also very comfortable. The location was amazing! It was close to all attractions, restaurants and coffee shops.

The apartment was perfect — very clean, well equipped, and exactly as described. Everything I needed was available, and the host was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. I had a great stay and would definitely book again.

Great host! Not the best location compared to the city center, but that's not what we were going for anyways. It was close to what we needed. A totally okay accommodation, parking space available. Not noisy despite being on the main road, it's a bit tucked in so that's fine. Definitely not for old people, as it has too many stairs :D

The apartment was a solid 10/10. It has a private entrance directly to the accommodation, and the hosts welcomed us and saw us off wonderfully. The apartment is very clean, as soon as you walk in you can smell how fresh and clean it is. A great bonus is that their restaurant is located just one floor above the apartment, offering very delicious food and great coffee. The location is peaceful and quiet

The pool! The host! Spacious and clean!

very clean and friendly proprietor and staff just opposite the bus station

Great home, hosts were very lovely, and communication was easy. We actually ended up staying here twice during our trip to Serbia. Home is on a gated property, plenty of beds, and parking. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip and recommending to all our friends.

Great complex and apartment. The location was excellent, close to the center.
