It was a wonderful 7-night stay at Nyumbani Residence. The hotel facilities are excellent, with large swimming pools and beautiful greenery, including lush trees and well-maintained gardens. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and supportive—especially Paola (owner), Fatima, and the rest of the team. The hotel is also well-located, close to the beach, shopping markets, and various services.

It is so qiute and perfect place to stay. Just a one minute from the beach. Very clean amazing and authentic apartment. Unfortunately I stayed only two days. I wish I would have a chance to stay more there. The manager Hussein Msangi was perfect guide in everything that I needed. And the price is so affordable. If you stay in this place ask Hussein to guide you. He can do all of your activities and is helpful 24/7 hours. Thank you very much Hussein

Haven, Heaven, this was home to me. Chris and his neighbors, the village that is Jambiani is amazing!!! Access to the resorts were available. Chris is the best! The beach is right there. From village food, buy and cook for yourself, this is a ten. Not a place for digital nomads yet... but that's Zanzibar, look it up, not a digital nomad haven. But works 99% of the time, I was able to work and take exams. I have to go back and Chris makes me feel like living there.

Staff were amazing. Always smiling and positively answer to any request. Travelling with family, all the employees took really care of us. Restaurant was really good ( hat off to the Chef) Facilities and cleanliness are high standard Security Guy was very pleasant and caring and ready to support The full stay was wonderfull. The breakfast the lady made for us was nice. When we went it was just us so we had the whole house to ourselves. The kitchen came in very handy since there are stores outside you can buy ingredients from. Outside dining is also nice. The beach is 1 minute walk away. The owner is also very helpful and nice person. They also have security at night which was good. The room was clean and moderately spacious.

    Paola is a very friendly and helpful host. All the staff are also very friendly. It‘s a quiet place and we had a nice relaxing time there. Paola can give you a lot of tips or places to go if needed. The apartment was good equipped for us.

    Excellent location in (so far) rather quiet and authentic Jambiani, with breathtaking views from the apartment with balcony. Perfect balance of privacy, safety and hospitality. Lovely details throughout, we found our tropical selves when wearing the robes provided. Fantastic staff, special thanks to Selina & Harith who made us feel even more at home. Best possible place for a Zanzibar vacation!
