Even while my parents were still on their way, Tanya arranged and sent them a QR code for free use of local public transport — it was incredibly convenient and helpful. Upon arrival, Walter met them at the building, showed them where to leave their luggage and offered a cozy lobby with coffee to rest while waiting for check-in. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed. The additional option of a fold-out bed came in handy — for older people it was really comfortable to have the possibility to rest on separate beds. The location is easy to reach from Innsbruck main train station, and all main tourist attractions are nearby. Beautiful view from the window, and the hosts stayed in touch throughout the stay.
