The accomodation was wonderful and very central and Giovanni, the owner, and all of the staff are super helpful. The room was super clean and had every commodity. The breakfast had a lot of great options. 100% recommended

Waking up with the view on the bay is quite something. Apart from that, the equipment in the apartment was more than one could ask for (whirlpool, TV with Netflix and co., well -equipped kitchen). Furthermore Alex was extremely helpful throughout my stay.

The location is prime with the beach a block away but still quiet at night. The jacuzzi was amazing as well. So nice to end a day with a warm jacuzzi :)

The rooms are beautiful and clean. The pool is great. The location was excellent as it’s so close to the beach, but not on a busy and noisy street. There’s no food or breakfast but they give plenty of recommendations on where to eat and what to do. We can’t complain about anything. The only suggestion we would have is to provide a small explanation on how to reach the place. You’ll have to walk through a gate that is sometimes closed which made us pass it a couple times.

Located in Morro de São Paulo centre, Apart Hotel Areia Branca is 100 metres from Porto de Cima Beach and offers fully furnished, air-conditioned chalets and a swimming pool. Wi-Fi is free. Despite many people talking about the location, I consider the hotel to be very well situated, very close to the city center and relatively accessible from the pier. The hill itself is difficult to access and is not recommended for people with mobility difficulties. We went with my 90-year-old grandmother, and this turned out to be a good option. The hotel also has many stairs, so if you have someone older or with mobility issues, it's advisable to request in advance to stay in the chalets closest to the reception. The staff was always very friendly and attentive. We had a 3-night stay, and each day when we returned to the room, it had been cleaned, beds made, and towels replaced. I'm not sure if the pool is heated, but the water was always warm, perfect for those sensitive to the cold ;)
