Featuring mountain views, Abitaziun Residence 10A - St Moritz offers accommodation with a balcony, around 1.1 km from Train Station St. Moritz. Very clean. Convenient location. Lots of storage. The kitchen, although small, has everything you may need, including a raclette and a fondue set! We had a welcome box upon arrival which was a nice touch. Supermarket and ski lift within 5-10min walk. The management company very kind and responsive. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

Perfect size apartment for a single person or couple. Very clean and well equiped for long stay. Lots of storage, nice balcony. Laundry room in the basement of the building. Regular buses and trains.

I have never written a review on a stay before, but truly thought this apartment and its host, Gregor, were exceptional. Beyond the aspects/amenities you're already expecting from the listing description, which is all true (very central/convenient location; amenities such as a spa, pool, gym, laundry, parking, etc. which are rare in buildings in this area; terrace; wifi; fully equipped apartment; waterfall; etc.), what I found most special was how Gregor really goes above and beyond to make everyone who books feel at home here, with everything they could need, during their stay. He's helpful, responsive, and personable, and thinks of both the big and small things -- whether it's extra towels, chargers in the apartment, a fully-equipped kitchen far beyond what's standard (there are so many restaurants right nearby, but you could cook full meals every day if you so desire), full-sized toiletries, etc. He even personally came down to help ensure a special request of ours was accommodated (again, above and beyond what we were expecting) and greeted us. Could not recommend this apartment and host more. Would stay here again (and at any other of his properties) without hesitation. It made our trip to St. Moritz so special and I'm positive anyone else who books will have a similarly exceptional experience.
