Since we walked from the airport, it was a perfect location for us (on the street into town). Blackout curtains help keep out the morning light. There's a kitchenette with enough utensils to cook a simple meal. An air conditioner worked well and came in handy during a sandstorm.

The property features city and inner courtyard views, and is 500 metres from Praia de Santa Maria. The accommodation provides free WiFi throughout the property, as well as a terrace and a family-friendly restaurant. Everything was perfect! The apartment was great, in a quiet area and close to the pedestrian street and the beach. The kitchen had everything you needed in case you wanted to cook anything, big balcony, comfortable mattress, clean bathroom. Dali and Zuela are absolutely amazing, they arranged a taxi from us from the airport so everything went smooth. They are always there to help you with whatever you need - be it the accommodation, booking trips for you, or telling you how to find your way around the island. On top of that, when my husband got (slightly) bitten by a dog, Dali went above and beyond to find us a clinic that was open and we are grateful for that! She even helped us with other stuff after we moved to another hotel, which wasn’t her job anymore, but being the nice person that she is, she did that too. Our only regret is that we didn’t spend the whole holiday there!

A calm area away from the crowds yet only a few minutes walk to the busy waterfront strip. We loved our stay at Ca GIOgio Apartment it’s a very spacious well planned fully equipped apartment, we really had all the equipment needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was so comfortable, the black out curtains helped keep the apartment cool we didn’t need to use the air conditioner but it was there if we needed it. The shower was large and the water pressure was great. Kitchen was a joy to use along with the clothes washing machine. Nice sitting room had good light with lots of windows. The entry and hallways of the entire building is well maintained and a pleasure to use. In the surrounding area are grocery shops, city markets , local restaurants and across the street a hospital. Amazing white sandy beach with delicious seafood restaurants, bars of all price points reachable by foot 5 minutes. Our highlight was visiting the Pier to watch the fishing boats bring in their catch along with local artists selling a variety of interesting crafts. The Island has a nice local culture and it was really special to mingle with the local friendly Cabo Verdians and support their businesses. Thank you for your hospitality.

The property has an outdoor dining area. The location is perfect right on the beach the place was very clean. The host was very nice, they left some chocolate at the door on Christmas eve. I would definitely like to come back one day 😊

The host Sara was extremely nice and lovely. She helped with all our requests and questions within 30 minutes time.

For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and is protected by full-day security. The place is beautiful and quite. We arrived at approximately midnight and a security guy helped us with the apartment keys. The apartment was clean and it had a lot of house appliances, including a Washing machine. Special Thanks to Agnes, the landlady; we had several issues with flught to arrive at Sal and we stayed less nights than expected. She supported us and keeping the booking despite all the inconvinience
