They recommended nearby restaurants and even took us to one on the first night, and helped arrange baggage transfer to a taxi on our last night after we checked out.

At the first glance when I was reaching the property it was very interior but I am so thankful that I booked this property. The rooms are huge, spacious, ventilated and very very clean. Most importantly the feel. It's super peaceful and it feels like home. Everyday we felt like coming back home. Plus the food is 5 stars. Local food at its best. We always over- ate. Plus the people are so so nice and kind. In Cairo we got many bad experiences of people annoying you for money. Here there was no stress and people were nice and very kind. Mahmoud was a very chill and amazing guy. Who is very cool with everything. Helping at every step. I want to come back to Luxor again only to stay in this place. Thank you so much for hosting us. The facilities are very clean, the apartments are the same than the pictures and Mahmoud is the perfect host! He is extremely helpful and responsive, he made sure everything was good with us from second 0 until the end of our stay. Also the food they cook is very fresh and tasty, we ordered breakfast every morning at the Palace, good thing about their service also is that you can tell them at what time you're gonna need to have your meal.
