This is a very comfortable, super clean and well located apartment in the old town of Cuenca. Eva is a fantastic host and very helpful and responsive. We were 2 couples and I have to say the trundle beds in the second bedroom are probably better suited to children or young people. However this doesn't detract from the high quality of the apartment. The lift was very much appreciated by my parents and the washing machine was very helpful. The kitchen is well appointed and the centre of town is a 5-7 minute walk away. There is a bus stop 2 minutes away. I would recommend this apartment for a base to explore Cuenca.

Matatagpuan ang La alcoba de La Catedral, Apartamento 2-4 pax 3º piso sa Old Town district ng Cuenca, ilang hakbang mula sa Nuestra Señora de Gracia's Cathedral, 5 minutong lakad mula sa Mangana... The best possible location in Cuenca, one side peaceful but again in the middle of the old city. The apartment is atypical and originally reconstructed with the taste. It is clean and well-equipped. Possible to park for a few minutes (moving in / out) for the overnight parking we used the free parking 10 minutes nice walk away. Cuenca is a beautiful city with marvelous views and location, a nice base for spending 3-4 days. Really fine walking around in nature. We will return to Cuenca and to the same apartment!

Very beautiful and newly renovated apartment directly in the historic centre. Perfect for a city trip to Cuenca. Everything very clean, good bed, heating and WiFi. Free parking is some hundred meters above the city, but it's a nice walk (10 min) through the old town from the parking to the apartment; for unloading you can park near the apartment some minutes. Very welcoming host. Restaurants and bars around the corner, supermarket and bakery are a bit further away.

Nag-aalok ang AP Carretería Deluxe ng accommodation sa Cuenca, 26 km mula sa Ciudad Encantada. Alberto is a very communitive host and flexible on the check out time. Everything seems to be new in the house , beddings and towels are all clean and new. It is located very close to main street but not noisy.
