I'm giving this a 10 because the location was great and in the lovely older part of the city. Sights around were within 10-15 min or less, walking distance. The room was huge. The facilities were multiple and there was a lot of useful equipment, if one needed it, including a vacuum . The reception provided the keys to us. There is NO Breakfast but lots of lovely places around to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. We not use the Wifi, so can't comment.

Alicante–Elche Miguel Hernández Airport is 16 km from the property. The wonderful lady that was so welcoming and spoke well English. There was another young girl speaking French also . The water tank was having an issue and VERY quickly a repair person came to the rescue!! Every one was so kind
