We stayed in Lewes as going to Glyndebourne festival and got the coach from the station. It's on the top floor of a small apartment block with restaurants, lovely shops and pubs nearby so very handy. Even packs of biscuits to make us feel welcome.

The bedroom was quiet and cool, which is important for sleeping. The property has an excellent location near the centre of Rye. We could enjoy St Marys church and the Mermaid Inn but also a wonderful early morning walk across the dewy meadows to Winchelsea railway station. The path for that walk was very close to the property. We finished our visit with a brief visit to Camber Sands.

It was also easy to figure out the heat too so my kids were comfee cosy all night long.

Lee-Marie was absolutely amazing and made me feel very welcome even if i was only there for a very short time. She was brilliant with her communication and I had a great stay. Would highly recommend this stay for either short or even longer stays as it was very comfortable and extremely well equipped.
