It was an amazing hotel located in a more quiet area of the city. It takes you about 20 minutes by foot to get to the old part of the city. However, it is also very easy (and cheap) to get around by Bolt. There are many taxi’s available. I also want to mention that there is such a hospitality and friendliness in the mentality, I was completely amazed and pleasantly surprised. Victoria (the hotel owner) made sure that I had everything I needed. She also sends you all kinds of information when you check in so you can easily find your way in the city. Any other questions she is happy to help you. I am a solo female traveler and I felt perfectly safe in the area as well as in the rest of the city. No need to worry and everyone is ready to help you if you ask. It is also very easy to book all kinds of tours from Tblisi to the other parts of the country. In the end I stayed 10 days at the hotel for this reason.

These were amazing apartments with a spacious layout and a separate bedroom. They are perfect for a stay of several days, featuring a well-equipped kitchen with everything needed to cook comfortably. There is also a dedicated workspace with a proper desk, making it easy to work. The lighting in the room is exceptionally well thought out: bright general lighting, large panoramic windows, and beautiful ambient lighting in the bathroom at night. The staff at the aparthotel were very responsive and helped with any questions. We also received a complimentary bottle of wine, which made one of our evenings even more enjoyable. The soundproofing was excellent—we never heard our neighbors, which made our stay even more relaxing. The location of the apartment is quite high up, but taxis easily reach the building without any issues. Lastly, the cleanliness of the room was impeccable, creating a great first impression and maintaining comfort throughout our stay.

We stayed at Eva’s Pavaroti for 2 nights with our toddler & baby and really enjoyed our time there. The communication with our host who spoke perfect English was excellent since the beginning and we got a warm welcome once we arrived. The location is amazing, very close to restaurants and city attractions but at the same time in a quiet and peaceful area. We arrived with our car and were able to park it at the entrance. The apartment is very nice and well equipped, it had everything we needed and the house itself is a true gem, one of the nicest houses in the city. We’d love to come again one day! The location is great, the views are amazing, the park near and the church, everything is so Tbilisi 😍 The apartment is super nice, clean and comfy, it has everything you need for life. As we stayed 6 nights the host in the middle of our stay proposed to clean a little bit the apartment that was super kind. The bed is so comfy and so good that I want one like this for my house.
