From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the attention to detail and the overall quality of the experience. Close to many halal restaurants at walking distance for food lovers. The parking facility is incredibly convenient. No hunting for spots or worrying about security. The cleanliness of the hotel is exceptional. Every area, from the rooms to the common spaces, was spotless and well-maintained. It’s clear that the staff takes great pride in ensuring everything is pristine. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the fresh and inviting smell that greets you as you walk through the doors. It's a small touch, but it made the entire atmosphere feel warm and welcoming. Finally, the value for money is outstanding. Given the top-notch facilities, cleanliness, and overall service, the price was more than reasonable. This hotel truly offers great value, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and hassle-free stay!

Probably one of the best appartements in Tiblisi. The house is newly renovated with very much love for the detail. The appartement I lived in is equiped with a litltle kitchen. The small bathroom is new and has an amazing shower. Very comfortable Bed. The best thing is the balcony with an stunning view all over the city. Best place to have a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night. Contact with the helpfull Mr. C. was very easy. I enjoyed may time and I defenitly will book again!

It’s an oasis of calm, which I kind of need, and which at the budget end of the spectrum is hard to find. Nini has thought of everything — it’s clean, well organised, thoughtful touches such as iron, coffeee/tea, etc.

Location: Perfect location. 2 minutes away from metro station and bus station. Groceries and exchange are just few steps away from the hotel. Room facilities: All areas of the appartment have been utilized wised by the owner and washing machine and cooking facility are available. It has some good views from the balcony as well. Host: Host is extremely responsive. We had an issue with heating on the first night of our stay and the host cleared the issue with in no time.
