It is situated 400 metres from Parma Train Station and offers a lift. The aparthotel also features free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. It was so clean and updated. Our breakfast was delicious and the staff that served it wonderful.

It is a private apartment accommodation property but with five star service. The location is perfect, very close to each point of interest. Especially impressive was the antique furniture in the rooms and the original oil paintings on the walls. The hospitality was with the highest quality while the food saloon creats the feeling as of an aristocratic dining room.

The property is very well organised, it has its private parking (additional cost), the villa is beautiful and the communication with managing team is easy and friendly.

At the aparthotel, all units come with bed linen and towels. We spent a month touring N. Italy. in March 2024. The location of this property is simply unbeatable. Literally. It is a 1 minute walk from Bologna's central piazza with lots of restaurant and shopping options nearby. (FWIW it is a 20 min walk from the train station through the main shopping area) We spent 4 nights here with 3 days spent on the various sites in Bologna and 1 day trip to Modena. Bologna is a beautiful city with its many km of porticos and its illustrious university. Known for its cuisine Bologna is not to be missed. Paulo was a gracious and very helpful host. When we go back to Bologna this is where we will stay again.
