We were so impressed by every detail - the hospitality and friendliness of the staff, the convenient rides that were provided by Sophie and Guy - they were so cool - the onsen, the rooms and toiletries, the onsen... we could go on and on about how blown away we were by the experience. 11/10 would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a luxury ski hotel experience in Niseko!

We loved the ski in/ski out aspect of it but didn't like the steep hill on the other side walking back from restaurants (can't be helped). The car service that was provided by the hotel was great. Rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Everything in the rooms were exceptional including the private onsen we had in our balcony overlooking the slopes. We even utilized the onsen in our master bath. Closets were good but wish we had some sort of drawers to put clothes in. Kitchen had great appliances plus all the dishes/cups/utensils we needed. It was key to have the laundry in the room.

The unit has soundproofing and a bidet. The apartment offers bed linen, towels and laundry service. We had a fantastic time at Epic House. The location is superb, the house itself is warm, spacious and clean, and the hosts Yoshi and Nana were just the best people. They were extremely accommodating and went out of their way to ensure we had a memorable stay - including restaurant recommendations, slope tips, and even showing us a few off piste runs on a quiet day! At the apartment complex, every unit has a private bathroom. I travel a lot for work worldwide, and Yamakei is one of the nicest places I've ever stayed! The apartment was amazing, spottles and everything was very new. We booked ski equipment fittings and ski passes in the hotel in communication with the front desk. You have a beautiful view of the forest covered with snow from the indoor onsen, and the hotel is in a quiet, fairytale-like part of Niseko. Some nice izakayas are within walking distance from the hotel. Yamakei offers a shuttle bus to the slopes and nearby restaurants. What I want to highlight is that Ms. Tung and the hotel staff helped my wife when she injured her leg. They recommended a local clinic, brought her to see tye doctor, and helped to get prescription medicines from the pharmacy that was in the next town.
