We loved the ski in/ski out aspect of it but didn't like the steep hill on the other side walking back from restaurants (can't be helped). The car service that was provided by the hotel was great. Rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Everything in the rooms were exceptional including the private onsen we had in our balcony overlooking the slopes. We even utilized the onsen in our master bath. Closets were good but wish we had some sort of drawers to put clothes in. Kitchen had great appliances plus all the dishes/cups/utensils we needed. It was key to have the laundry in the room.

The location is superb, the house itself is warm, spacious and clean, and the hosts Yoshi and Nana were just the best people. They were extremely accommodating and went out of their way to ensure we had a memorable stay - including restaurant recommendations, slope tips, and even showing us a few off piste runs on a quiet day! Although it’s definitely within walking distance (past an excellent coffee at % Arabica), if you’re planning to ski, you will want to ask the staff to take you via minibus as it’s not an easy walking in skiing boots! Speaking of staff, they were really friendly and always ready to help us with anything.

This air-conditioned chalet comes with 8 ensuite bedrooms, a large flat-screen TV, and fully-equipped kitchen. Everything about Hakobune Niseko exceeded our expectations. The apartment is clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and spacious. Andrew, the owner, was amazing from even before we arrived at messaging me to see if I was ok with directions getting there and advising on hiring a car etc. When we were there, he met us and was very friendly and could not have been more accommodating. He also gave us spot-on restaurant recommendations and was thoroughly communicative throughout our five-day stay. The location is perfect for skiing - a short, five-minute drive from the ski hills but also in a nice peaceful quiet area that we loved walking around in the snow in the afternoon. I couldn't have asked for a better stay and would book again without a doubt.
