We are considering renting this place again when we go back to Tokyo.

The property is close to popular attractions like Nishi-Ikebukuro Park, Wacca Ikebukuro and Ikebukuro Suiten-gu Shrine. Koharu is a fantastic host. She was very responsive to messages and constantly checked up on me to see if I were doing well. She also sent me suggestions and ideas on how to spend time in the area. Honestly I could go on and on about how kind she was to me. The facility itself was really cute. I liked the projector screen, and everything was clean and comfortable. It comes with everything you need, and it’s a relatively short walk to a Family Mart and coin laundry. It was a nice cozy spot for a solo traveler!

Well located and quite discreet hotel, easy to walk past and not notice it. Hosts are friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. We were in a ground floor room and while there was some noise, being in a busy district of Tokyo it's not unexpected, it was never excessive and always quiet at night. Room was well equipped and clean, beds were comfortable in typical Japanese style.
