The apartment also offers free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. We stayed there after finishing the Kumano Kodo trail and were delighted to have a private onsen! The location is very practical, right next to the bus stop and there are a couple of bikes available to make the short trip into town to have dinner. The place is clean, spacious and the bed comfortable. Most importantly Tetsuji was super nice and helpful! We shipped our luggage ahead of us and when it arrived (several days before us) it was broken. Tetsuji called the delivery service for us to help with trying to get reimbursement and then kindly provided us tape to fix it up until we could get a new one, 10/10 would recommend.

Very nice owner as well, he helped us drive our faulty bicycle back from middle of town when it broke down and helped get us a refund the next day. super helpful!!
