Location was great. You could walk to the beach and to port and get a boat to Cozumel. The walking street is a short block away. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. It was a little studio apartment.

The property is non-smoking and is set 200 metres from Cancun Government Palace. clean, spacious, comfortable, location and good communication with the host (he sent us clear instructions on how to get there and was attentive to my concerns). Beds were comfortable - and the rooftop is the best :) The service was amazing, they helped us a lot with ordering food but also making a reservation for last minute snorkeling trip. Very nice people!
